Weekend In Photos

Sadly, I have no pictures from this weekend as I literally did nothing. I needed to catch up on some much needed sleep and time zone adjusting....

What I should have been doing was traveling to Cincinnati for my godson's 2nd birthday, however. So I am stealing all of the pictures from my best friend and posting them here - it's almost like I was there, right?!

Happy Birthday - On Sunday, our little godson turns 2 years old. Seems just like yesterday that I was frantically checking my phone throughout the night while my bestie was in 36 hours of labor!

NBA - Props to you, Adam Silver. What you did for Isaiah Austin during Thursday night's NBA draft was incredible.

Cristiano Ronaldo - Thanks for that second goal in the Portugal vs. Ghana match. We really needed that win for you guys to allow us to lose and still move on to the next round. You are the best!

Adreian Payne - I mean, look at that outfit...

Throwback Thursday - USA

We crushed 2010's World Cup by throwing one of the best all-American parties ever. Complete with Budweiser, a chip buffet and an American-specific playlist of songs such as Coming to America, Party in the USA and the soundtrack from The Karate Kid. I don't know that any future World Cup extravaganzas will ever truly compare.

As we prepare to take on Germany today, know that we REALLY need this win.
