Shake Shack - Mind. Blown. Although, one of the draws for me was the old school crinkle cut fries, which they have ditched as of this week! Fail. That said, this is not enough to hold me back from repeatedly giving them business. This is the best of everything: burger, shake, fries (in any variety) - all better than....wait for it...In-N-Out. Yea, I said it. The good news? Chicago gets one soon!

Vintage Valentino - SCOOP!  We went vintage shopping in the West Village while in NYC and I found THE diamond of all diamonds in the rough - a red vintage Valentino jacket. This is not the exact piece purchased, but so you get an idea...

4/20 - Come on guys, I obviously meant the date - nothing more!  The 20th of April is full of highs (get it?) and lows (sorry to be a buzz kill - Hitler/Columbine), but in a more positive twist, it is also my mother's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Easter Brunch - A new tradition as an adult, we spend every Easter Sunday with friends, indulging in southern delicacies like cornbread, biscuits & gravy! This year, we are checking out Carriage House. Happy Easter!
